CrossFit is a branded fitness regimen created by Greg Glassman. CrossFit is promoted as both a physical exercise philosophy and a competitive fitness sport, incorporating elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympicweightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, girevoysport, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises. CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

Foundation. In our Fundamentals Course, you will learn, train, and make excellent progress in a shortmatter of time. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. Cross Fit contends that a person is as fit as they are proficient in each of ten general physical skills: cardiovascular/ respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

Our Techniques

The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness. Different every day, CrossFit workouts are tailored to the individual. In CrossFit workouts, intensity levels are adjusted to challenge the individual and safely improve fitness. Our Fundamentals course curriculum includes discussions on determining personal values, goal setting strategies, training volume and intensity, nutrition basics, sleep and stress management, and an in-depth look into personal accountability. In addition to the topics of discussion listed above, you will be taught how to properly execute and set a 5 rep max in eight fundamental barbell movements.
